Orders

An order is confirmed once we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if we cannot verify the order details.

Perishable items

Flowers, cakes and other perishable items must be accepted on delivery. Please make sure the recipient or someone nearby is available at the delivery address.

Substitutions

If an item in a hamper is out of stock, we may replace it with an item of equal or higher value in a similar style.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
